Citigroup is buying a toll road (Highway) in Spain.

You can’t make this stuff up!

Citigroup? The bank that was on the verge of failing last week. The bank that was on it’s knees begging the US government for a bailout. The same guys who froze ATM transactions twice this year due to “Security Issues.” The bank who laid off thousand of US workers to reduce costs. The bank that got a $300 Billion bailout last week (paid for by you and I). That Citigroup? Is now using US taxpayer money to invest in SPAIN?
