The events of Sep 29 and Oct 3 re the $700Bn bailout were nothing short of astonishing - and no need to relate details here, the biggest in your face heist in American history; and in daylight !

Clearly, having mulled over the fact that Congress turns out to be more supine than what they are intimidated to be, they have been emboldened to fly this kite with a bit of media promotion to see the general reaction amongst the somnalent American public.

If the response is indifferent and or lacking in comprehension, then, joy of joys, the step after this is the formal announcement that henceforth Congress will be consulted on economic, social and foreign policy.</description>
