The Ku Klux Klan, representing the dominant discourse or ideology of the United States, cannot be compared to the Palestinians, representing a resistance discourse. They are not equal, nor are they similar. For those of us living in this part of the world, without the luxury of viewing from a mediated distance the atrocities committed by the usurping entity in our midst, please forgive us if we whine a little. And resist. And fight back. It won’t stop, until Palestine is a free multi-national state. The propaganda of conflating anti-Semitism with anti-Zionism no longer holds, by the way. P.S.: In downtown Beirut, they are rebuilding the synagogue in the former Jewish Quarter, which was destroyed by the Israelis when they invaded in 1982. Every faction within Lebanon supports its refurbishment, including Hezbollah, if you must know. So get your facts straight as to who wishes whom wiped off the face of the earth. One simply need read the Israeli press to see that Christians, Muslims, and Arab Jews are all considered second-class citizens in that so-called country. You should be ashamed of yourself. Sick and tired doesn’t even BEGIN to describe how those suffering under Israel’s boot heel feel…..

I am sick and tired hearing about people whine about the so-called “rights” of self-described “Palestinian” terrorists.
First of all, there no such thing as the “Palestinian people.” It is a cognitive schema, pure and simple, invented by Islamic Jihadists who want to “wipe the Jewish people” off the face of the earth. Secondly, Ms. McKinney should mind her own damned business – I wonder how she would feel if the IDF were to intervene during the Civil Rights struggle because the so-called “rights” of the Ku Klux Klan were being violated.
